Products & Services

Crie Natural offers natural hair + body products, salon education, and related resources. We make every effort to describe our products accurately, but results may vary by individual.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via Stripe, PayPal, and major credit cards.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. During high‑volume periods or holidays, processing may take longer.
Shipping Methods and Costs. Shipping options and fees are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather and other factors outside of our control.
Risk of Loss. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
We ship domestically only at this time.

Returns & Refunds

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not offer Returns.
All Sales are final.

Salon Services, Education and Training

Booking. Salon appointments and education classes are booked through our online booking portal (Meevo) or via phone. A valid credit card may be required to secure your reservation. You agree to comply with our salon policies, including cancellation deadlines and fees for late cancellations or no‑shows.
Service Descriptions. We endeavor to describe our services accurately; however, results may vary. Hair and body care services are personal experiences. We do not guarantee that results will meet your expectations and we encourage open communication with your stylist or educator.
Payment and Gratuity. Payment is due at the time of service. Prices do not include gratuity unless otherwise stated. Tips are appreciated but optional.
Educational Programs. Participation in any workshops or training (e.g., Headshape Matters cutting system) is subject to additional rules provided at registration. Course materials are copyrighted and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

Intellectual Property

Ownership

All content (including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video clips, audio clips, software and trademarks) is owned by Crie Natural. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce without written permission.

User Content.

By submitting reviews, comments or other content (“User Content”) you grant Crie Natural a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute your User Content in any media, including marketing. You waive any moral rights and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

Limitation of Liability

Crie Natural is not liable for damages arising from use or misuse of our website, products, or services beyond the purchase price paid.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account or access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, our policies or applicable law, or is harmful to other users, Crie Natural, or third parties.
